负责墨西哥公司的整体财务管理：运营预算/预测/估算、运营分析、风险管理和系统建设；成本管理；全面监控各项成本支出，形成周/月报告/专题分析机制，发布分析报告，提出建设性建议，并牵头形成系统解决方案并实施。包括材料、资产管理、成本控制等。了解墨西哥税收政策并进行合理的税收/税务规划；跨境资金和税收风险的控制和防范。

要求：

相关专业本科学历。至少2年海外制造业金融工作经验，包括监管经验。有跨国公司工作经验者优先。外贸企业工厂成本分析、商务分析、国际物流经验；良好的英语听说写能力。需要专业会计职称（CICPA、ACCA、CMA或同等学历）。有EPR、U9使用经验。

Key responsibility:

Responsible for the overall financial management of the Mexican company: operating budget/forecasting/estimation, operational analysis, risk management, and system construction; Cost management; Comprehensively monitor various cost expenditures, form weekly/monthly reports/thematic analysis mechanisms, issue analysis reports, provide constructive suggestions, and lead the formation of systematic solutions and implement them. Including materials, asset management, cost control, etc. Understand Mexican tax policies and conduct reasonable tax/tax planning; Cross border fund and tax risk control and prevention.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in related major.At least 2 years of experience in overseas manufacturing finance,including supervisory experiences. Working experience gained in a multinational corporate environment is preferred.  Experience in factory cost analysis, business analysis, and international logistics for foreign trade enterprises; Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills. Professional accounting designation (CICPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent) is required.Experience of using EPR、U9.
